The following operational change will be effective from Tuesday 31st August 2021

HP5-23, HP27, OX9, OX39

  1. No next day service

  2. 5 day economy service only

  3. No TI, AM, PM

  4. 5 pallets cap per consignment

Decisions of this nature are never made easily and like many depots increased pallet volumes lead to unusually high service failures, however the growth experienced by these three depots coupled with their geographic location continues to cause operational issues. Customers experience service delays and in turn requesting depots suffer increased customer queries, all of which have to be managed. Therefore, to help ensure the due date service is achieved and until such time the pallet volumes to the aforementioned postcodes stabilise these temporary restrictions remain active.
